Net Zero by 2050

As a world logistics leader, we must do our part to reverse climate change. We are proud that the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) has approved our net zero climate targets. These goals include reducing absolute scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 51.8% by 2030. We have also committed to reducing absolute scope 3 GHG emissions from fuel and energy-related activities, upstream transportation and distribution, and downstream transportation and distribution by 30% within the same timeframe.

Future

We’re creating the fleet of the future with the next generation of electric- and biofuel-driven vehicles. We're deploying pilot programs in every major market and scaling quickly on solutions that meet our customers’ needs.

Circular Waste
Solutions

We leverage reverse logistics to create waste solutions that maximize value and a circular economy. To achieve these targets, we will continue to maintain zero waste to landfill in our DCs – we are proud to divert 92% of waste. We operate as tower control – helping our customers identify ways that waste streams can avoid the landfill, support vendor management, maximize value and identifying circular economy opportunities.
